Vertx Long Walks Pack (28L) is purpose built to be a lightweight and simple bag for small amounts of gear. This bag is not designed to be a carrier of TONS of gear. Rather, it is purpose built to be light, compact, and efficient. It has about twice the storage of the Long Walks 15L pack. So if more is more, and you need more, this might be the bag for you.

Contoured shoulder pads designed to evenly distribute weight for increased comfort and durability with dual quick-access storage along the straps. Additionally, a top grab handle is present for quick deployment in grab-and-go situations. As a result, you’ll find even more comfort from the stiffened back panel that features 3D air mesh and air channels for breathability.

There are plenty of quality bags on the market. There are also many…not so great options. We bought our first Vertx bags back around 2015/2016. We have been a customer of Vertx for years and we have used nearly all of their backpacks, slings, and packs in our personal lives. Our team quite literally carries Vertx bags on us every single day. There is a reason: They are extremely well built, they are laid out well, they can take immense abuse, and the don’t look tactical. The last thing we want is to have bags that look tactical or are laid out poorly. The Vertx bags in general are well built, well thought out packs.

2.) Are These Bags Drop Shipped?

4.) Who Should Consider The Long Walks 28L Pack?

This bag is nearly identical to the footprint of the EDC. It is only about an inch taller than the 15L long walks pack, but the width and depth are larger, resulting in more storage. If you find that you need more gear than the 15L long walks pack will offer, but you want a lighter bag, this might be perfect for you.

5.) What Size Rifle Will Fit Into The Long Walks 28L?

Frankly, we wouldn’t really consider this a good candidate for a rifle. For rifle carry, consider the EDC ready pack or Gamut bag. While it can be done, we think this bag is better suited to sidearms and important EDC gear.

6.) What Is The Best Way To Carry Spare Magazines?

We offer several variations of our mag shingles. We have a triple rifle version, a 2 Rifle 1 Pistol, and a Quad Pistol shingle for discreet bag carry.

7.) Who Should Steer Clear Of The Long Walks 28L?
