Helmet Sizing

The Fortis Ballistic Helmet comes in three sizes; S/M, L/XL and XXL.

How to pick your helmet size:
  • Use a flexible tape measure to measure around your head. Place it over your eyebrows and ears, and see where it meets.
  • Donā€™t have measuring tape? Use a string or a shoelace instead, then measure it with a ruler.
Easy Tips for a Perfect Fit:
  • Measure your head later in the day. Heads can be slightly bigger then.
  • Think about how you’ll be wearing the helmet. Will your hair make a difference, or will you wear something under the helmet? This might mean you need a bigger size.
  • Measure your head three times to be really sure of your size. Use the average of those three as your real measurement.Ā
