The Armasight Operator is a great option if your main priority is to weapons mount the unit as a clip on thermal in front of day glass like an LPVO (Low Power Variable Optic). We do offer a 3D printed helmet mount adaptor to offer a bit more flexibility with the unit for any circumstances that you may want to helmet mount the unit for a little bit.

The Armasight Operator Clip On Thermal is here to check a box that not many others can check. This clip on thermal is rated for up to 50BMG recoil. Thats something not many others can claim. To stack on top of that this bad boy is assembled in the US in Phoenix AZ!

Helmet mounting this Behemoth

While this wasn’t the original designed purpose for the Armasight Operator Clip On Thermal, we took it upon ourselves to add it as an option for a small amount of versatility to the package. If you choose to buy the adaptor we made to make helmet mounting this unit a possibility your neck will surely be buff. This isn’t the most desirable use case for this unit because of its weight and size but we thought it would be a nice add to this unit as an option.
