The PVS-14 50 Degree Glass Upgrade is a SERVICE we offer. Please NOTE: YOU ARE NOT BUYING A UNIT WITH THIS SERVICE! Simply purchase this service and immediately following your shopping cart you will have an option to download a form. Download the form, follow the instructions. We partnered up with Photonis Defense to offer this service to you. Save time and hassle, send your current PVS-14 with 40 degree glass in for a service. Photonis will ship your unit with NEW boomslang 50 degree glass back directly to you! You’ll be ready to conquer the darkness with an additional 10 degree FOV.

This is a SERVICE, not a PVS-14 purchase

We feel we must reiterate: You are sending the unit you currently own. Purchasing this service does NOT include an actual night vision unit. 99.99% of people will understand this, please don’t assume you are buying a PVS-14 for this price.

The Process:

1.) Add the 50 degree glass upgrade to your shopping cart

2.) Checkout, adding all address and personal contact information

3.) Choose Free Shipping option at checkout (Do not select UPS or FEDEX as we already have return shipping costs wrapped into the pricing)

4.) You can OPTIONALLY choose shipping insurance. This enables US to put insurance on your unit upon return to you. YOU are responsible to put shipping insurance (if desired) on your unit to ship to Photonis HQ.

5.) After checkout page, immediately click to download packing form.

6.) FULLY fill out form, include in the box with your unit. (We HIGHLY recommend KEEPING a copy of this form for your records)

7.) SAFELY and SECURELY package your unit and ship to the address on the instruction form. Use LOTS of Bubble Wrap to make sure your unit is secured and won’t be tossed around.

8.) Transit TO the address on the form is YOUR responsibility. The price INCLUDES return shipping. Again, we HIGHLY recommend selecting “shipping insurance” at checkout for return shipping.

9.) Lead time varies, but is currently 1-2 week turnaround.

Other important information:

Please DO NOT send your unit in WITHOUT fully filling out the instruction form. This is to ensure traceability of your unit through the  process. Your unit will be disassembled in a surgically clean assembly environment. Your 40 degree glass will be removed. New 50 degree glass will be installed. Your unit will be nitrogen purged and final inspected. You will also receive an order confirmation email. In that email you can download the instruction form as well. It does NOT matter what intensifier tube your unit has. Your unit just must use standard PVS-14 optics. Please do NOT send units in that do not utilize PVS-14 optics.

• CONTACT US WITH QUESTIONS PRIOR TO PLACING ORDER.
• IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER FOR ANY REASON, THERE IS A NON-NEGOTIABLE 10% CANCELLATION FEE.
• ADDITIONALLY, IF YOU SEND US AN INCOMPATIBLE UNIT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED RETURN SHIPPING AND YOUR UNIT WILL BE RETURNED AS-IS.
• IN THE EVENT WE HAVE TO RETURN A NON-COMPATIBLE UNIT, YOU WILL BE REFUNED THE FULL AMOUNT MINUS RETURN SHIPPING FEES AND A 10% CANCELLATION ORDER FEE.
