In July we plan on releasing the buy/sell/bid (BSB) feature on Arkayne. The BSB feature will allow bloggers to buy and sell related links on within a "Sponsored" section on the Arkayne widget through a bidding process. Bids will be placed on pages based on similarity level 10% - 90% or above. The idea is that higher similarity will be worth more. To sign up early please visit the Arkayne signup page.
SellersHow do I become a seller of sponsored links?
Any blogger with an Arkayne account can be a seller. Simply visit the account tab and click the "Participate In Sponsored Links Campaign" button. This will enable a category within your hosted Arkayne Widget called "Sponsored Links". The system will automatically begin adding up any click revenue from these links. Once the payout reaches a $20 limit you will receive payment via PayPal. You can have the widget display free relevant links next to the sponsored links or just the sponsored links when you enroll in the campaign. BiddersHow do I bid on relevant links?
Any blogger using the Arkayne Widget is already linked with thousands of other pages but the links are not always visible to readers. Since the Arkayne Widget only displays 5 to 10 links per page based on highest relevence, many links are competing for the same space. Bloggers wishing to get more exposure on relevant sites can increase their visibility by bidding in the sponsored links category. Visit your Arkayne account settings and fill in the sections "Sponsored Link Similarity" and "Sponsored Link Bid". You can also set daily maximums and administer each page you own individually. Google's PolicyArkayne is OK with Google's link policy, right?
Yes, the official Google link policy applies only to paid links. Arkayne free links do not violate the policy, they are based on relevence not cash. Arkayne BSB links all adhere to the "nofollow" rule as described by Google's link policy.
